Transcript Hi ~ I’m Alyce Slater Reynolds, a member of the board of directors of Deafhood Foundation. I last posted something in the late summer. I’m here to bring you up to date with what’s happening at DHF.
The strategic planning we started last spring with the awesome Katie Murch is now complete. The process was both enlightening and challenging but the board and I are feeling great about where we are headed in 2020 and beyond. As we begin to put the strategic plan to work we are still trying to determine if our board will be an oversight board or working board. We will decide on this at the spring retreat in California as well as make other major decisions.
In the meantime classes and workshop continue as well as the development of the online DH 101 course. This is the heart of DHF and has priority over all else.
